Terms and Conditions - Store Terms

The following terms and conditions are incorporated into and form part of the Terms of Use. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use. Any violation of the terms below will be considered a material violation of the Terms of Use.

License. you grant, as long as you continue to subscribe and pay for the Services, a worldwide non-exclusive, revocable and worldwide license to modify, make derivative works and use, each licensed design theme only in conjunction with your creation of Stores/Websites on the platform using the Services. The design themes are the exclusive property of or our design licensor, and all rights, titles and interests in each design theme exclusively restrict the property of or the applicable design licensor. Design themes include all styles associated with licensed design themes.
    • 2. Several stores. This license only allows you to use each licensed design theme for a single store/website per license purchased. If you want to use a design theme for more than one Store/website, a new design theme license must be purchased for each Store that uses the design theme.

If you customize a design theme through a tool other than the theme editor or style editor, the design licensor may refuse to offer a price to support that design theme.
    • 6. Installation. It is your responsibility, not that of, to ensure that the installation of a new design theme does not overwrite or damage your current or pre-existing theme, or your user interface.
    • 7. No refund. Unless otherwise specified in the order when licensing a design theme, you will not be reimbursed for design themes once purchased.

      • 2. Integration services. Our integration services include the configuration of the basic parameters of the store and are available to customers purchasing certain service plans (as described on our website) or for an additional fee.
    • 9. No refund. Unless included in a selected service plan, migration services and integration services are services for which we offer one-time, additional, non-refundable fees.
